Are Cities Ready for a fleet-led EV revolution?
The UK Government’s highly anticipated ten point plan for a green industrial revolution. Top of the list - and the aspect that achieved the most coverage in the media - was the commitment to ban all new petrol and diesel vehicles by 2030.
Helping our cities become more sustainable is a key part of what we do at DG Cities, so we welcomed this announcement. But we also know from our client and project work that for fleet managers, fleet electrification can be a daunting prospect as they have to consider everything from depot energy supplies to driver battery anxieties.
So we were delighted to be invited by our good friends AppyWay to contribute to their timely ebook, looking at the EV revolution and how fleets are going to lead the way. You can download the full report and read our contributions alongside those from the likes of Uber, Transport for West Midlands, Enterprise and Coventry City Council here.
You can read more about our fleet electrification services here. If you’d like to discuss how we can help you on your electrification journey, drop us a line at info@dgcities.com.
